The Alberta Flood Rose Project

The flood waters rose... Albertans rose to the challenge!

During July 2013, The Alberta Flood Rose Project invited all Calgary and area working visual artists to create and donate an original, unframed 4"x4" (inch) piece of wall art, depicting the provincial flower of Alberta, the wild rose.

The finished pieces were arranged into eight groups of 81, and were framed together as larger "collection" pieces.

Sierra contributed her painting , which was combined to make a larger collection, which has now been sold.

Her painting can be found in the book " The Alberta Flood Rose Project" in the Children's Collection alphabetically under Sierra J, near the back of the book.
